Finished off the ceiling trim tonight.
Placed a few of these decorative squares in the corners…still not sure if I’ll use them or not.
Then I placed it on the sitting room to get the effect.
There will be crown moulding between the ceiling and the walls (I just taped a bit on in these photos to see).
Then I started cutting out the crown moulding, but the corners are complicated and I’m tired and I did them all wrong…
So it’s bedtime for me instead.
By the way, if you’re wondering where my little helper has been these past few days…he got inspired by my house and decided to make a miniature house of his own from a cardboard box.
It’s a summer home for Elsa and Anna and their friends (from Frozen), in the Enchanted Forest.
He even made the table and chairs (the rest of the furniture is old furniture I had no need for). So he’s working happily away on his house, in the same room as I work on mine.
Be well…and good night.
Your ceiling is turning out gorgeous! Sympathy for having to redo stuff, been there, done that! So cute that your son wanted to make his own dollhouse! My Narnia one was taking so long, I took a break and made one for the grandkids inspired by this lady: https://bit.ly/3aqSNCO It made a fun break!
Too cute! I’ve been wanting to do a littl efairy house for the garden but haven’t had time yet…
